Restoration of facades and roofs

Built between 1898 and 1900, the building has a superstructure built in reinforced
concrete according to the innovative system of the time developed by François
HENNEBIQUE, considered one of the inventors of reinforced concrete.
This building is registered in the Supplementary Inventory of Historic Monuments
under the terms of the decree of 16 October 1964 concerning facades and roofs, and
constitutes one of the first buildings made of reinforced concrete in Paris.
